Alli Delp, M.D.

Assistant Program Director

Alli Delp, M.D.

Dr. Delp was raised here in Southwest Virginia. She attended UVA-Wise where she received a B.S. in Administration of Justice. She then attended Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Medicine where she received her medical degree in 2016. She is board certified in Family Medicine which she obtained following her residency at our Lonesome Pine Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Delp resides in Wise County and is the Associate Program Director of the Lonesome Pine Family Medicine Program in Norton, VA. She feels blessed that she can continue to live in the mountains she grew up in and care for the people from her home. Since teaching was one of her childhood dreams, one of her favorite aspects of her job is being able to teach residents and medical students.

When she’s not working, she loves to spend time with her two children, husband, and caring for their cats, rabbits, and multitude of chickens at their home. She and her family love to attend hockey games, visit Dollywood/Pigeon Forge, and take the occasional trip to Disney. In any leftover quiet time, she enjoys curling up with a good book and cup of tea or trying her hand at creating acrylic pour art.
