At Ballad Health we have an important responsibility to share our knowledge and experience so others will be equipped to provide top-notch health care wherever they go.
We also realize that helping students is another way to help us find great team members in the future. That’s why we offer everything from job shadowing opportunities to nurse internships to medical student residencies. Our training and certification courses are available for both team members and community health workers, and we also offer a FREE certified nurse assistant course – students can apply, take the course and be ready to work in health care.
