Be a volunteer at Ballad Health, and make a difference.
Volunteers at play a very important role in Ballad Health’s day-to-day operations. Through serving patient needs, assisting employees and directing visitors, volunteers of all ages have donated many hours, talents and gifts.
Ballad Health's volunteers assist in a variety of departments, including business offices, reception desks, gift shops, blood banks, critical care units and many others.
There are many reasons to offer your time and talents as a volunteer. Volunteering helps you demonstrate concern for others; provide comfort to patients, their family members and hospital staff; and make new friends among the patients, families, staff and other volunteers. Our volunteers often say that it also helps them develop a greater sense of purpose and appreciation in their own lives.
