Bristol Regional Medical Center is looking to grow its team and connect with individuals interested in pursuing a career in healthcare during an upcoming hiring event on Wednesday, Oct. 28.
From noon to 4 p.m., Ballad Health leaders and hiring managers will be available in the conference center on the bottom floor of Bristol Regional Medical Center, located at 1 Medical Park Blvd., to meet with job seekers and discuss current openings.
“For anyone who is interested in building a career with Bristol Regional, we encourage you to come meet our leaders, ask questions and learn firsthand what opportunities are available,” said John Jeter, CEO of Bristol Regional Medical Center. “Whether someone is an experienced healthcare professional or exploring the next step in their career, this event is a great opportunity to learn more about the meaningful work happening here.”
Priority positions include registered nurses (RNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), engineering technicians, CT technologists, radiologic technologists and MRI technologists.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet directly with hiring managers, learn about available positions, discuss career opportunities and potentially receive a job interview on the spot. Candidates are encouraged to bring a resume and come prepared for interviews. Those applying for clinical positions should also bring any relevant licenses or certifications.
“We know a job is about more than the position itself. People want to know they will have opportunities to grow, build relationships and make an impact,” Jeter said. “At Bristol Regional, team members have the opportunity to build their careers while making a difference for patients and families across our region.”
Ballad Health offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance, prescription drug coverage, short-term and long-term disability, a health savings account, retirement benefits, counseling services and flexible spending accounts.
Team members have access to voluntary benefits, including critical illness, accident, disability and pet insurance, along with group discounts at local, regional and national retailers. Ballad Health also offers opportunities for career advancement, professional development and continuing education.
Ballad Health team members also enjoy a discounted rate at Ballad Health’s Center for Early Learning childcare facilities. Center for Early Learning – Bristol offers reliable childcare Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. for children 6 weeks to 5 years old. All children enrolled at Ballad Health’s Centers for Early Learning benefit from an evidence-based curriculum designed to help ensure students are kindergarten-ready.
In addition to opportunities at Bristol Regional, Ballad Health has openings at hospitals, clinics and other care sites throughout Northeast Tennessee, Southwest Virginia and the surrounding region.
Those unable to attend the hiring event can explore available positions and apply online.
