Updated Public Notice – Resuming services at Franklin Woods Community Hospital

Franklin Woods Community Hospital restored service to its boiler system Monday, April 21. Hospital services resumed Monday, April 21, at 1:15 p.m.

Inpatient care and labor-and-delivery services have resumed. Patients have started being admitted through the emergency department, and the ER is open for ambulance services.

Elective surgical procedures will resume Tuesday, April 22. The team at Franklin Woods Community Hospital will contact patients regarding scheduling for upcoming surgical procedures.

Outpatient services resumed at noon on April 18.

Franklin Woods Community Hospital is grateful to the Ballad Health engineering teams, its sister hospitals, team members, medical staff, volunteers and the many vendor partners who supported the hospital through the downtime.
