Center for Post-COVID Care

Post-COVID care clinic

Ballad Health has launched the Center for Post-COVID Care – the first of its kind in the region – to provide a full spectrum of services to patients struggling with post-COVID symptoms.

The center offers a clinic where patients with symptoms that have lasted longer than four weeks are assigned a navigator to help them coordinate between primary and specialty care providers across a range of services.

Do you have long-term COVID symptoms?

Patients who could qualify for the Center for Post-COVID Care include those over the age of 12 who have recovered from COVID-19 and experience lingering symptoms after four weeks, such as:

  • Behavioral health issues, including PTSD, insomnia, anxiety and depression
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Fever
  • Gastrointestinal symptoms
  • Joint pain
  • Impaired kidney function
  • Memory loss
  • Mood issues
  • Heart attack-like symptoms
  • Vision problems
  • Weakness and poor endurance

COVID-19 support group

Ballad Health is also offering a support group for those recovering from COVID-19. Whether you're struggling with long-term symptoms or emotional stress post-COVID, this group is available to provide essential support for anyone who needs it.

All of our meetings are occurring virtually, where you're free to share as much or as little information about yourself as you like. These meetings are offered every Tuesday and are open to anyone struggling with COVID recovery.
