Overview
Our story
Greeneville Community Hospital formed from two legacy hospitals with a rich history in Greene County. Laughlin Memorial Hospital opened in 1939, and Takoma Regional Hospital has been a part of our community since 1928.
The merge of these two hospitals combines the expertise from both facilities into one location and allows for further investments in health services in Greeneville. Now working together on one campus, Greeneville Community Hospital continues the legacy of delivering excellent patient care. Our patients can take comfort in knowing they will be served by the same, familiar faces.
Greeneville Community Hospital is an acute inpatient facility, with a wide variety of additional services including cardiology services, diagnostic imaging, ICU, surgery and women's services, such as obstetrics and imaging.
Our top priority is always to provide the best in patient care.
