Surgical tech sign-on bonus details

This $10,000 sign-on bonus is paid in three installments over the course of a 30-month employment commitment and will be distributed on your regular paycheck.

• Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN
• Indian Path Community Hospital in Kingsport, TN
