New grad nursing jobs with sign-on bonuses

Newly licensed nurses accepting a position in select medical-surgical patient care units are eligible for a special sign-on bonus.

Sign-on bonus details

Larger hospitals

Bonuses are currently available for full-time Medical/Surgical specific registered nursing including RN - Team Coordinator positions, licensed practical nursing and certified nursing assistant positions in our larger hospitals:

• Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN
• Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN
• Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, TN

To be eligible, you must sign a 30-month commitment agreement. Bonus is only available for new hires or those not employed by Ballad Health in the last 6 months.

Bonus amounts

• RNs – $25,000 (Night shift)
• RNs – $15,000 (Day shift)
• LPNs – $5,000
• CNAs – $3,500 (Must be certified)

Experience requirements

• RNs – One year of licensed RN practice
• LPNs – One year of licensed LPN practice
• CNA – One year of CNA experience

Community hospitals

We're offering bonuses for all new hire RNs including RN - Team Coordinator positions, LPNs and CNAs in our community hospitals.

To be eligible for the Night Shift bonus, you must sign a 30-month commitment agreement. To be eligible for the Day Shift bonus, you must sign an 18-month commitment agreement. Bonus is only available for new hires or those not employed by Ballad Health in the last 6 months.

• RNs – $10,000 (Day shift)
• LPNs – $5,000
• CNAs – $2,500 (Must be certified)

*New grad RN's are eligible for the day shift bonus on Medical/Surgical units.
