A part of Ballad Health, Synergy Laboratories at the Sycamore Shoals Medical Office Building in Elizabethton provides comprehensive clinical laboratory testing to physicians to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of disease or injury.

Our services are certified by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvements Act of 1988), the College of American Pathologists and the State of Tennessee Medical Laboratory Licensing Board.
