Strength training

On our floor you’ll find a free-weight training area featuring:

  • 12 Hoist strength equipment machines
  • Precor squat rack
  • Hoist Smith machine
  • Several free weight benches and new weight plates

Cardio equipment

For a great cardiovascular workout, we offer a variety of choices, including:

  • 8 Precor treadmills
  • 3 Precor ellipticals
  • 3 Precor Adaptive Motion trainers
  • First Degree Fitness rower
  • Precor upright and recumbent bikes
  • Octane Fitness XR6000 bike

  • Monday – Thursday, 5 a.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Friday, 5 a.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Saturday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, 1 – 6 p.m.
