Outpatient physical therapy services

The physical therapists and rehabilitation experts provide patient-centered rehabilitation and therapy in a friendly environment.

Services offered at our Kingsport YMCA clinic include:

  • Orthopedic therapy
  • Post-surgery rehabilitation
  • Sports medicine
  • Neck and back pain treatment
  • General muscle injury treatment

Access to the Y

If you schedule physical therapy at the YMCA Wellmont Center, you will receive top-notch treatment, as well as access to the YMCA’s facilities – regardless of whether you’re a member.

And our therapists can work with the YMCA’s trainers and staff to supplement members’ fitness regimens.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
