Ballad Health Outpatient Rehabilitation at Norton Community Hospital in Norton, Virginia provides personalized therapy services for our patients as they work toward moving more comfortably and returning to the activities that matter most to them.

We recommend that you speak with your doctor or provider about any conditions you have that may cause pain or restrict your activities.
Once your doctor provides a referral, you or your provider's office can contact our clinic directly to schedule your first visit.
You can also use the Ballad Health app to view and manage your healthcare appointments, access visit details and keep your schedule organized in one convenient place.
Please arrive about 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit to complete new patient paperwork. You should also bring your physician order for therapy, insurance card and a photo ID.
We also recommend you wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. You can expect to begin treatment on the same day as your initial visit and evaluation.
Outpatient rehabilitation includes therapy services you receive at a clinic while continuing to live at home. Appointments are scheduled, and you’ll return home the same day like any other typical doctor’s visit.

We are in the Healthplex building below the hospital. You can find our office on the left side of the building next to the flagpole. Enter through the doors below the canopy labeled “Wellness.”
Patient parking is available in front of the entrance. You can also find handicap parking to the right of the entrance next to the building.
