The Center for Sleep Disorders at Indian Path Community Hospital offers help to anyone who has trouble falling or staying asleep due to snoring or other issues.

Our sleep lab can diagnose what is causing patients to have low-quality sleep.

Do you have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)?

S – Snoring: Do you snore loudly?
T – Tired: Are you tired in the daytime?
O – Observe: Has anyone observed you stop breathing during your sleep?
P – Blood pressure: Are you being treated for high blood pressure?

B – BMI: Is your body mass index greater than 35?
A – Age: Are you over 50 years old?
N – Neck circumference: Is your neck circumference greater than 17 inches for men? Or 16 inches for women?
G – Gender: Are you a man?

Did you answer yes to three or more of these questions?

If so, a sleep evaluation is recommended.
