Woodridge Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program
The Woodridge Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program provides intensive support and focused treatment when traditional outpatient treatment is not enough. We offer a combination of psychotherapy, education and medication management. This program is also designed for individuals who are just transitioning out of inpatient care. Groups are provided three days a week for three hours at a time for approximately 6-8 weeks. The treatment plan is developed by a devoted and specialized behavioral health treatment team in partnership with the client.
Addiction Recovery is also addressed by our Intensive Outpatient Program and is designed for individuals who have significant problems with alcohol, drugs and other addictions. The treatment philosophy embraces abstinence and the 12-Step Recovery Model.
The Woodridge Hospital Intensive Outpatient Program offers two different groups to accommodate client schedules. There is a morning group that meets Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am-12:00pm and an evening group that meets Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00pm-7:00pm. These groups target both mental health and substance abuse issues.
The treatment team consists of two full-time master’s level therapists, a RN case manager and a psychiatrist that oversees all admissions, psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
