Bringing the blood drive to your organization

To meet the blood needs of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia, Marsh Regional Blood Center needs a steady flow of local collections.

While individual donations at our three regional blood collection centers are a key part of maintaining adequate blood supplies, most of Marsh’s blood donations are given by groups on one of our four bloodmobiles.

Who can host a blood drive?

Our bloodmobiles travel throughout the region visiting local businesses, churches, organizations and civic groups that host these blood drives.

And we’re always looking for additional locations for drives.

In most cases, groups with at least at least 20–25 people interested in giving blood can host one.

Schedule a Marsh Bloodmobile

Marsh Regional has a professional recruiter dedicated to scheduling mobile blood drives.

So once you determine a blood drive is right for your group, we can help provide all the necessary information, resources and materials to advertise and host a fun and successful event.

If your business or organization is interested in helping fill this critical role and supplying our region’s blood needs, please contact Marsh Regional by calling (423) 408-7500.
