Unicoi County Nursing Home, a 46-bed licensed nursing care facility, is an entity of Unicoi County Memorial Hospital, which is a member of Ballad Health.
Unicoi County Nursing Home provides both skilled-level and nursing facility-level health care services. A full scope of services is provided, including 24-hour nursing services, a registered dietitian, physical and occupational therapists, a speech language pathologist, qualified activity staff, a social services therapist, a hair stylist and medical director. Licensed by the Tennessee Department of Health, Unicoi County Nursing Home is a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services “5 star” facility.
Unicoi County Nursing Home has also been recognized as a 2017 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award for its dedication to improving the lives of residents through quality care.
